Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Query Executive to support our purchasing operations and handle client/vendor queries efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supplier communication, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely procurement of products and services in line with market and client requirements. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth procurement workflows and maintaining clear communication across departments and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the primary point of contact with suppliers and vendors

Research and identify potential suppliers for pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products

Collect and compare quotations to evaluate pricing and terms

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors

Maintain supplier databases and records of pricing, contracts, and correspondence

Prepare daily reports, track procurement status, and update internal systems

Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement with market needs and company goals

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
