Key Responsibilities:
? Identify and establish relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers for hardware and office supplies.
? Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
? Analyze and evaluate vendor proposals to negotiate the best pricing, terms, and conditions for the company.
? Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
? Monitor inventory levels to ensure that supplies are available when needed while avoiding overstocking.
? Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and product availability to make informed purchasing decisions.
? Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide reports on procurement metrics and cost savings.
