Objective:
The Procurement Manager will oversee and manage the company's procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of quality materials and components essential for the manufacturing of
FarmRobo
agricultural products.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to source materials and components that meet quality standards and budgetary constraints.
Supplier Management:
Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure advantageous terms for the company.
Cost Control:
Monitor and analyze procurement expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Inventory Management:
Collaborate with production and inventory teams to maintain optimal inventory levels for uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Quality Assurance:
Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure all procured materials meet company standards.
Compliance:
Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in Manufacturing or Agritech.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with agricultural machinery and components is a plus.
