Cross-functional Collaboration - Coordinate with sales, workshop, projects teams to ensure smooth order flow.
Reporting - Prepare regular reports on purchase activities, supplier performance, and cost metrics.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably from elevator industry or industrial products.
Good in Word, Excel and related inventory software experience is preferable.
Strong negotiation and communication skills and ability to handle multiple vendors.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
