JOB DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION



Identifying Suitable vendors for the existing and new components.

To handle all external customers / overseas subsidiaries for the group

From sourcing of quotes to coordination of information between vendor and requestor

Submission of quotation to requestor and issuance of PR behalf of requestor

Preparation of Month wise and Vendor wise monthly Plan.

Co-coordinating with the Vendor for the Delivery Schedule from the Vendor and

Monitoring the Delivery Schedule.

Issuance of PO to vendor

. Cost & Inventory Control

. Liaise with warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability and proper handling of materials.

. Coordinate with finance for timely invoice processing and vendor payment.

Follow up on the delivery status

Undertaking ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications:



Must have engineering background either in mechanical or electrical engineering with 3 to 5 years of industrial experience.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in procurement software.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?33,000.00 - ?38,000.00 per month
