Position: Procurement Executive

Location: Thane (W), Mumbai

Requisites:

Graduate in Pharmacy/Commerce/Science.

5-8 years of procurement experience in pharma or manufacturing.

Basic understanding of raw materials and supply chain terms.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the procurement of raw materials, packaging items, and consumables.

Raise purchase orders and follow up on delivery timelines.

Coordinate with vendors, accounts, and warehouses for GRN and billing processes.

Maintain purchase records and update procurement data in ERP.

Track inventory levels and provide timely updates to ensure stock availability.

Support documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.

Handle RFQs, quotations, and cost comparisons under manager's guidance.
