We are expanding our operations and are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented
Procurement / Sourcing Executive
to strengthen our supply chain and vendor network.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Development & Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and efficiency.
Procurement Operations
Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement cycles end-to-end.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability for production.
Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and documentation.
Cost & Quality Optimization
Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure materials meet required standards.
Support new vendor development and alternate sourcing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Production, R&D, and Finance teams for smooth procurement planning.
Coordinate logistics and follow-ups with suppliers for on-time delivery.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain procurement MIS, dashboards, and cost analysis reports.
Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management (preferably in FMCG / manufacturing).
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools.
High attention to detail and a solution-driven approach.
