Responsibility & Authority

Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor databases, and price lists Coordinate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs Monitor stock levels and collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams Resolve supply, quality, or invoice discrepancies with vendors Ensure adherence to procurement policies, compliance standards, and quality expectations Support in vendor development and periodic performance evaluations Prepare reports related to purchase activities, cost savings, and supplier performance

Preferred Educational and Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchase-related roles

Job Skills & Knowledge Required:

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles

General Training Requirement:

ERP system training, purchase compliance, and vendor evaluation.

Any Specific Training Requirement:

* Strategic sourcing or basic contract management training
