Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendor Management

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals. Source and evaluate suppliers for MEP materials, equipment, and services. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings and ensure quality standards. Lead and mentor a procurement team, ensuring efficiency and professional growth. Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance of procurement staff. Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to understand material requirements. Ensure alignment between procurement and project execution schedules. Identify risks in supply chain and develop mitigation strategies. Analyze procurement costs and develop strategies for cost reduction. Prepare budget forecasts and track spending. Implement cost-control measures to optimize procurement expenditures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of

5 years

of experience in procurement, preferably in MEP or construction industries. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
