The Company operates as a real estate partner for clients ( ranging from rapidly growing startups to established organizations ) by offering end-to-end solutions for office space acquisition, design, build, and management .HeadQuartered in Mumbai the Company is operational since 2017 and is currently operating from Bangalore, Mumbai, Thane,New Delhi and Noida.

We are looking for an Opex Procurement Executive to manage the procurement of operational expenses, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality purchases. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities: o Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for operational expenses (Opex) such as office supplies, IT services, facility maintenance, utilities, and AMC contracts. o Ensure timely procurement of required goods and services while maintaining budget control. o Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations. o Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any supply-related issues. o Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and optimize expenses. o Maintain procurement records, contracts, and reports for audit and compliance purposes. Requirements: o Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. o 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in Opex categories like facility management, IT infrastructure, and admin services. o Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. o Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. o Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?25,920.34 per month
