Position: Production & Vendor Stock Planner

Designation : Procurement Executive

Location: Nadiad, Gujrat

Experience: 2-5 years

Role Overview:

Responsible for coordinating with vendors on production schedules, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring timely deliveries in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with vendors for order placement and production timelines. Ensure timely stock movement from vendors to warehouse. Follow up on pending deliveries and purchase order compliance. Maintain and update vendor-wise stock ledger and reports. Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock reconciliation.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field. 2 years' experience in production coordination, vendor management, or stock planning. Strong Excel / ERP proficiency. Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
