Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement activities including vendor identification, quotations, negotiations, and purchase order creation.
Evaluate and compare quotations to determine the best deals and cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure timely processing of POs and invoices.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and timelines.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and quality assurance.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any quality or delivery issues.
Prepare reports and analysis on procurement data using Excel.
Update and manage procurement workflows and records in
Zoho
(preferred).
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2+ years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
Strong
