Catering to SMEs and large enterprises across the construction, interiors, and real estate sectors, we supply everything from steel and ready-mix concrete (RMC) to finishing materials like plywood and electricals.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials tailored to client specifications. This role requires strong vendor management skills, negotiation capabilities, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Source building materials as per client requirements from existing approved vendors Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to expand the supplier base and enhance material options Manage the complete order lifecycle from inquiry, quotation, purchase order generation, delivery tracking, to after-sales support Ensure all materials meet quality standards and delivery timelines Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any procurement-related issues promptly Maintain and update procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation for audit and reporting purposes Monitor market trends and material cost fluctuations to advise on procurement strategies
Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of experience in procurement, ideally within the construction, interiors, or real estate sectors Strong knowledge of building materials and vendor markets in Mumbai/National level Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Proficient in MS Office and procurement software/tools Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-focused approach
