Urgent Hiring For Procurement Executive||Location: Turbhe MIDC, Navi Mumbai||

Experience:

2-4 years in procurement within an engineering or manufacturing company

Ctc- upto 5 lpa (depends on interview)

Working Days- 6 days (9am-6:15 pm)

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering OR BSc Industrial / Technical Qualification Candidates with additional certifications in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Procurement will be preferred.
Responsibilities

Ensure timely

receipt of materials

from vendors as per Purchase Orders. Verify all incoming materials for correct

quantity, specifications, and Test Certificates

. Ensure

timely issuance of Purchase Orders

based on BOM requirements. Work on

vendor development

and maintain strong supplier relationships. Manage

procurement of engineering items

, including: Raw materials: stainless steel sheets, bars, rods, brass, etc. Mechanical components: fasteners, tools, consumables (oils, coolants). Electrical/electronic components. Maintain complete procurement documentation in ERP. Ensure

cost-efficient purchasing

without compromising quality or timelines. Track

material cost deviations

for each Sales Order. Close purchase requisitions on time. Support

speedy issue resolution

related to materials and supply. Coordinate for

timely delivery

of materials required for execution. Participate in

periodic review meetings

and present procurement MIS reports. Work as part of a team of at least

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Customer satisfaction through timely procurement support. Speed of issue resolution. Vendor performance & cost efficiency. Timely closure of Purchase Requisitions. On-time delivery of materials. ERP accuracy and documentation. Deviation control in material costs. Aggressive growth contribution and improvement mindset.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of engineering procurement (raw materials, components, electrical & mechanical items). Ability to read and understand technical specifications. Hands-on experience with

ERP procurement modules

. Ability to generate and analyze

MIS reports

. Excellent documentation and system-driven work approach. Good communication skills (comfortable with email, presentations, and tele/video conferences). Strong vendor management, negotiation, and cost-analysis skills.
