Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure interior design materials such as laminates, veneers, wood, paints, hardware, furniture, lighting, and decor items.
Obtain and compare vendor quotations to ensure best pricing and quality.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
Coordinate with design, project, and accounts teams for material approvals and billing.
Identify and develop reliable vendors and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules to meet project timelines.
Maintain proper documentation of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Monitor material quality and report discrepancies or delays to the project manager.
Track procurement costs and contribute to cost control and budget adherence.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree, or a related field.
2-5 years of procurement experience in the interior design or fit-out industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
