The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the sourcing and purchasing of materials, furniture, finishes, and services for interior design and fit-out projects. The role ensures that all procurement activities are cost-effective, timely, and aligned with project quality and specification requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for project materials and FF&E.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery in coordination with Design teams.
Maintain supplier relationships and update vendor databases regularly.
Monitor material quality, pricing, and compliance with project standards.
Support cost control initiatives and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree, Procurement, Interior Design, or a related field.
2-5 years of procurement experience in the interior design or fit-out industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
