Source and procure materials, finishes, fittings, furniture, and construction items required for interior and exterior projects.
Identify reliable suppliers/vendors and negotiate best rates, quality, and payment terms.
Issue purchase orders (POs) and track deliveries to ensure timely supply to project sites.
Maintain inventory levels and manage stock of frequently used materials.
Coordinate with the design and site teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
Maintain a vendor database with updated pricing, lead times, and performance history.
Conduct quality checks and ensure materials meet specified standards.
Manage logistics, transport coordination, and site delivery planning.
Prepare procurement reports and assist in budgeting and cost control.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Civil/Interior Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the interior/exterior or construction industry.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Good knowledge of interior and exterior materials, finishes, and hardware.
Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, or ERP software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
:
Existing vendor network in interiors and construction.
Understanding of BOQs and technical drawings.
Experience in handling multiple project sites and material logistics.
