Key Responsibilities
1? Inventory Procurement & Replenishment
Raise purchase orders based on stock levels, forecast & sales velocity
Maintain optimal inventory to avoid stock-outs & overstocks
Monitor open PO status and follow-up for timely deliveries
Coordinate RTV (Return-to-Vendor) for defective or non-moving items
2? Vendor Coordination & Relationship Support
Work closely with Vendor Managers & OEM partners for price, stock, delivery schedules
Collect latest pricing, schemes, and promotional offers
Maintain vendor records, agreements & documentation
3? Cost & Margin Control
Ensure correct buy pricing as per approved margins
Track cost changes & update systems accordingly
Identify high-margin buying opportunities and deal benefits
4? Data & Documentation
Track daily stock levels and purchase planning reports
PO/GRN matching and coordination with finance for vendor invoices
Maintain system accuracy for product availability and pricing
5? Coordination With Warehouse & Operations
Share inbound plan with warehouse team
Ensure proper product QC, barcoding & putaway instructions
Resolve delivery discrepancies (shortages, damages)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
