We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, sourcing goods and services, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Process:

- Manage the procurement process from requisition to payment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Sourcing:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions

Contract Management:

- Prepare and manage contracts with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
4.

Supplier Management:

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and address issues

Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock levels
- Ensure accurate inventory records and reporting

Cost Control:

- Analyze and optimize procurement costs
- Identify opportunities for cost savings

Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations and finance teams
