Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Management:


Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, ingredients, and packaging for personal

care products.


Identify and develop relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors for raw

materials and finished goods.

2. Inventory and Cost Control:


Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize wastage.


Optimize purchasing strategies to achieve cost efficiency without compromising

quality.

3. Quality Assurance:


Ensure all procured materials meet the company's quality standards and

regulatory requirements.


Collaborate with the quality assurance team for supplier audits and material

inspection.

4. Vendor Management:


Maintain and manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluations

and contract renewals.


Resolve any issues related to delayed deliveries, defective products, or payment

disputes.

5. Market Research:


Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and innovations in the personal care

sector.


Explore opportunities to source sustainable and eco-friendly materials.

6. Documentation and Reporting:


Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and

supplier agreements.


Prepare regular reports on purchasing metrics, budgets, and supplier performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience : 0-6 months minimum


Technical Skills:


Proficiency in procurement software and tools.


Strong knowledge of raw materials and ingredients used in hair and skin care

products.


Soft Skills:


Excellent negotiation and communication skills.


Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
