Key Responsibilities



Manage

procurement activities

, including sourcing, vendor communication, price negotiation, and order processing. Coordinate purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier follow-ups. Maintain procurement records, logs, and documentation. Prepare and update

Excel reports

, MIS sheets, and trackers. Support SCM operations and ensure timely flow of materials and information. Work closely with internal teams to align buying requirements and delivery timelines. Handle day-to-day coordination with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners. Assist in resolving procurement-related issues or discrepancies.

Required Skills



2-3 years of experience

in Procurement / SCM / Operations.

Freshers

with good communication skills and

MBA in SCM

may also be considered. Strong proficiency in

MS Excel

(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic MIS). Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be from

Ahmedabad

(local candidates only).
