Handle daily purchase of tools, consumables, and admin supplies.
Source vendors, compare prices, and negotiate for the best deals.
Raise purchase orders and track deliveries.
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor details.
Coordinate with accounts for payment processing.
Maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Follow procurement policies and support audits.
Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in procurement (factory/admin setup).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good in MS Excel and ERP systems (Tally/SAP/Zoho).
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Graduate in Commerce, Business, or Supply Chain preferred.
