Manage technical procurements including but not limited to inventory management, negotiation with vendors, seamless communication with the client, logistics management, maintaining documentation, etc. for all the new and existing clients of the company
Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions, full documentation of Tax Invoices, Proforma Invoices, Delivery challan, E way bills, LR copies, Quotations, etc.
Diversifying the vendor portfolio
Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit
Maintain critical spares inventory of all parts
Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency
