Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard
vendors and suppliers
Obtain and compare
quotations
to ensure best pricing and quality
Create, issue, and track
purchase orders (POs)
Coordinate with vendors for
delivery schedules and invoices
Ensure timely procurement of materials and services
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation
Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requisitions as required
Coordinate with internal teams for procurement needs
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Support cost-saving and process improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
1-3 years of experience in
procurement/purchase
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Good knowledge of
procurement processes and documentation
Proficient in
MS Excel, MS Office
, and ERP systems (if applicable)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
