We are looking for a

Procurement Executive (Fresher)

to support our food and supplies purchasing operations. The candidate will assist in sourcing, vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and inventory-related activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in procurement and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and purchasing food items and general supplies Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and vendor details Support inventory tracking and stock level monitoring Verify quality, quantity, and specifications of received items Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements Ensure timely availability of food and supply items Follow company procurement policies and procedures

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Basic understanding of food items is an advantage Familiarity with cutting names, item identification, and differences in food products preferred Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation Willingness to learn procurement and vendor management processes Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
