We are looking for a Procurement Executive for food and provision supplies who can manage vendor relationships, sourcing, purchasing, and quality checks of food products. Candidates from

Catering/Hotel Management/Food Technology

background (2024/2025 graduates) are welcome. Prior experience in the food supply industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for food & provision items. Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of supplies. Conduct market research on pricing, quality, and availability of food items. Manage purchase orders, bills, and vendor records. Work closely with stores, accounts, and operations team to forecast requirements. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishments. Maintain cost control and reduce wastage in procurement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Hotel Management, Catering Science, Food Technology, or related field

(2024/2025 passed outs can apply). Prior experience or internship in food procurement/supply chain (preferred). Strong knowledge of food items, quality standards, and supply chain process. Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Familiarity with ERP systems / MS Excel (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
