Key Responsibilities:
Source raw spices (turmeric, chili, cumin, coriander, pepper, etc.) from verified suppliers and farmers.
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Monitor and analyze spice market trends, price fluctuations, and seasonal availability.
Ensure timely procurement in line with production plans and inventory levels.
Coordinate with quality control and production teams to meet raw material standards.
Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement documentation.
Maintain inventory records, track stock levels, and identify reorder points.
Resolve supplier-related quality or delivery issues promptly.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Also assist with handling export documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
