Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for factory needs, including General, Engineering,
and Production Procurement.
Execute procurement procedures such as Purchase Requests (PR), supplier identification and
evaluation, vendor negotiations, management approvals, Purchase Order (PO) release, and
delivery coordination.
Ensure timely delivery of materials/services and coordinate with the finance team to ensure on-
time vendor payments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure
uninterrupted supply aligned with production and factory requirements.
Maintain and update procurement trackers and physical documentation (L4), ensuring accuracy
and compliance with internal controls.
Generate and share procurement-related reports, dashboards, and key metrics with the
management team.
Support new project initiatives by contributing to the achievement of cost, quality, and timeline
goals while complying with procurement strategies and policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics & Communication
Engineering (ECE).
2-3 years of relevant experience in Procurement and Sourcing, preferably in a factory or
manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and generation of MIS reports.
Solid understanding of Sourcing and Procurement processes, with familiarity in Electronic
Manufacturing, Renewable Energy Industry, and Turnkey Projects.
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
A team player capable of coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams to meet procurement
and project goals.
