Roles & Responsibilities
Audit the counting of FnV, cold and ambient units during inwarding at pods and ensuring adherence of inward SOPs
Ensure all material is received sealed and also ensure the receiving and documentation are properly done along with quantities with acknowledgments from both WHs and PODs
Drive the adherence of PR (Purchase Return) - FnV only stock count and damage, Ensuring no redundancy of QC at inward
Ensuring on time GRN at PODs, handling and solutioning on ground issues related to GRN. Also, highlighting discrepancies on inwards in a timely basis to the management.
Audit of PR qty on physical invoice vs actual system
Ensure that RTV, wastages and liquidation invoices at pods are checked against physical quantity at the pod at the time of loading it in the return vehicle
