Handles all procurement activities for ELV and BMS systems, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and compliance with project and company standards

Requirements

+ Plan, source, and procure ELV & BMS materials as per project needs. + Develop vendor relationships and negotiate for best pricing and terms.
+ Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations and prepare comparison sheets.
+ Ensure materials meet approved specifications and quality standards.
+ Maintain procurement records and track supplier performance.
+ Coordinate with project teams for timely delivery and execution.
+ Stay updated on market trends and key OEMs.

What we Expect from you?

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & Word. Good command of English, verbal and written. #

What you've got?

2-3+ years of experience in procurement for IT, ELV, or networking systems. Good knowledge of ELV products - Switches, Routers, CCTV, Access Control, Cabling, PA, AV (BMS and Fire Alarm preferred). * Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
