Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Procurement Engineering

with 2 to 5 years of experience in sourcing, vendor management, and purchase operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of materials/services while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers for goods and services. Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments for material requirements. Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain disruptions. Maintain and update vendor database and procurement records. Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Coordinate with accounts for payment processing and resolve invoice issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally). Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing, construction. Knowledge of import/export procedures (if relevant). Certification in procurement/supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.

Pay: ?10,052.70 - ?45,681.59 per month
