. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end procurement activities, vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete procurement cycle for residential building projects.
Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors and suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per project requirements.
Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
Coordinate with site teams, project managers, and engineering departments for accurate material forecasting.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Maintain procurement budgets and track material costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Prepare procurement reports, MIS documentation, and maintain accurate records.
Resolve any supply-related issues and support smooth execution of site operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant field.
Minimum
10 years of procurement experience
specifically in
residential building construction
.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, technical specifications, and market rates.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement documentation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
