Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for construction materials, MEP systems, finishes, and civil works.

Prepare and issue RFQs (Request for Quotations), compare quotations, and conduct technical and commercial evaluations.

Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.

Coordinate with project, planning, and design teams to ensure material specifications match project requirements.

Develop and maintain vendor databases and supplier performance records.

Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followed.

Monitor inventory levels, delivery timelines, and material utilization on project sites. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Support value engineering initiatives to optimize material costs and performance.

Liaise with accounts for vendor payments and reconciliation.

Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and technological innovations relevant to construction procurement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and vendor markets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Integrity, cost consciousness, and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
