We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to handle the purchasing of materials, equipment, and services for our organization. The role involves sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of quality goods. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams and vendors, maintain procurement records, and support cost-effective purchasing activities while following company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Operations
Coordinate and execute the procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per business requirements.
Source and evaluate vendors, request quotations, and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Track purchase orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure timely completion.
Maintain procurement records and generate reports for management review.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Inventory & Logistics Management
Monitor inventory levels, track shipments and ensure timely replenishment.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels, and minimize stockouts.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree
in supply chain management, Business administration or a relevant field.
0 to 2 years of Experience
Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
