Develop and implement procurement guidelines for showroom and export operations.
Identify, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers for quality, cost, and timely delivery.
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Create and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement records.
Coordinate with showroom and sales teams to plan stock requirements and ensure availability.
Handle export procurement, including sourcing, shipping coordination, and export documentation.
Review invoices and support timely payment processing with the accounts team.
Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with logistics and customs agents.
Monitor procurement budgets and assist in cost control.
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for management.
Support product sourcing, market research, and inventory planning.
Perform other procurement-related tasks as assigned.
