CTC: Up to 9 Lpa

Position: Jr. Procurement & CA Storage

Experience: 5+ years

CTC: Up to 4.8 Lpa

Location: Lassipora, Sopian and Apple procurement region of Kashmir.

Working Days- 6 working days (Monday - Saturday)

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead apple procurement operations with extensive industry knowledge. Ensure proper evaluation and selection of vendors/suppliers. Apply in-depth expertise in

Controlled Atmosphere (CA) storage

to maintain product quality and extend shelf life. Monitor stock levels, quality standards, and compliance with storage protocols. Liaise with farmers, traders, and distribution partners to streamline the procurement process. Provide insights for cost optimization, demand forecasting, and logistics management. Train and guide junior staff in procurement and CA storage best practices.

Key Requirements:

10-15 years of relevant experience in procurement and storage of apples (or other perishable produce). Strong technical knowledge of

CA storage systems and operations

. Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills. Ability to manage large-scale procurement and maintain quality consistency.
