Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement process including vendor selection, negotiations, and purchase order creation.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, inquiries, and issue resolution.

Monitor market trends to identify potential vendors and cost-saving opportunities.

Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Assist in preparing procurement reports, budget tracking, and cost analysis.

Work closely with internal teams to understand procurement needs and align with project requirements.

Participate in vendor evaluation and performance reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

2+ years of proven experience in procurement and client relationship management.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Experience with procurement software and CRM tools.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
