Job Description

Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and ensure accuracy of details. Source suppliers and obtain quotations to support procurement decisions. Maintain and update vendor databases, contracts, and price lists. Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services. Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes before forwarding for payment. Assist in negotiations with suppliers on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs. Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment activities. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Generate reports on purchase activities, costs, and supplier performance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
