Job Summary:

We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to coordinate with suppliers, track deliveries, maintain procurement records, and support the team in ensuring timely stock availability. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and an eye for fashion trends to suggest suitable eyewear styles.

Key Responsibilities:

? Procurement Coordination: Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of eyewear products.

? Tracking Deliveries: Monitor and track shipments to ensure goods are delivered as per schedule.

? Inventory & Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of purchases, stock levels, and supplier details.

? Supplier Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.

? Product Knowledge & Styling: Stay updated with the latest eyewear trends and assist in suggesting styles that align with customer preferences and company offerings.

? Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, and retail) to ensure smooth product flow.

? Issue Resolution: Address any supply chain disruptions, discrepancies, or delivery issues promptly.

Requirements:

? Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field (preferably in retail).

? Strong communication and negotiation skills.

? Ability to track and manage deliveries efficiently.

? Proficiency in maintaining records and using procurement software/tools.

? Interest in fashion and eyewear trends is a plus.

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
