We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

As an Assistant Procurement Engineer, you will support the procurement department in sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials, equipment, and services required for HVAC projects. You will collaborate with project managers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Material Sourcing & Procurement

: Assist in sourcing HVAC materials, components, tools, and equipment from reliable vendors and suppliers to meet project requirements.

Vendor Management

: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Purchase Order Management

: Generate, process, and track purchase orders for equipment and materials required for ongoing projects.

Inventory Control

: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, identify shortages, and coordinate the replenishment of materials.

Cost Control

: Support efforts to control procurement costs by obtaining competitive quotes, reviewing pricing structures, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Project Coordination

: Work closely with project managers and site engineers to understand material requirements and ensure seamless procurement processes for timely project execution.
QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the HVAC, construction, or engineering industry. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and equipment is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
