Internal Asset Management
Contribute to Achieve Acceptable Service Level on Assigned TasksAddress "How-To" questions on forms and procedures
Create and upgrade SOPs periodically when needed
Team leading / mentoring
Understand how to attack a data science problem and come with relevant approach(es)
Ability to conduct rigorous analysis of data and chart out clear take away(s) from the same
Hands on at least 3-4 techniques/Machine Learning Concepts and algorithms such as Linear Regressions, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, SVM, Recommendation systems etc.
Be an active team member and execute complex analytical projects by leading and participating in tasks that use advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
Work closely with data engineers and product teams to solve real problems
Assist in building strong operational processes that help sales teams stay productive and successful
Create dashboards, status reports and service reports as well as refine and update existing reports
Locate and distribute reference material
Follow the direction and guidance provided by the senior team members
Take ownership of shared mailboxes and phone inquires
Attend the trainings and complete them on time
Participate in team meetings
Report any issues and offer process improvements as observed
Team member must exhibit regular attendance, punctuality, willing to work for extended hours to meet the deadlines
Responsibilities may be added or removed as the team is developed.
