Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Procurement & Accounts Coordinator

to handle supplier sourcing, purchase operations, and assist in accounting functions. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in procurement processes and basic accounting, especially in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships Collect quotations and negotiate pricing and delivery terms Issue purchase orders and maintain proper purchase records Track order status and follow up for timely deliveries Maintain inventory coordination with stores/logistics team Assist with invoice verification and GRN matching Coordinate with finance for timely vendor payments Update transactions in

Tally / ERP / Excel

Maintain records of bills, payment cycles, and purchase expenses Support basic GST input reconciliation and monthly accounts
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain

1-3 years of experience in purchase + accounting functions Knowledge of

Tally, ERP systems, or Excel


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
