Eligibility:



Finance Professional with 6+ years' work experience Working with quick turn-around deadlines on working with Global stakeholders




Responsibilities :



Oversee the entire P2P cycle: purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice processing, and vendor payments. Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements. Provide training and development opportunities for team members. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve disputes or discrepancies. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, SOX controls, and internal audit requirements. Generate and analyze P2P reports (e.g., aging reports, payment forecasts). Oversee ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for P2P processes. Monitor and mitigate risks related to vendor payments and compliance. Drive automation and efficiency initiatives in P2P processes. Act as a point of escalation for P2P-related issues.
