Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your accounting and finance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of the Procure to Pay process for the assigned country/countries. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Sourcing, Supply Chain, HR, Employees, Country/Region Treasury), interact with external partners such as banks, ensure compliance with established processes and SOPs, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of preparing and publishing payment schedules, generating payment proposals, and reconciling bank debits with payment files, but also handle exception requests and clear liabilities and payments.
We'll look to you for:
Preparing and publishing payment schedules
Generating payment proposals
Reviewing payment exceptions
Obtaining proposal validation
Calculating and proposing funding
Executing various payment methods
Reconciling bank debits with payment files
Recording payment entries in ERP
Handling exception requests
Clearing liabilities and payments

Graduate in Accounting/Finance
Experience or understanding of accounting principles
Basic skills in accounting tools
