We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Check (QC) / Proctoring Intern to join our team at Newton School of Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our online exams by reviewing proctoring data and recorded sessions to identify irregularities or potential cheating. You will also collaborate with internal teams and candidates to enhance process efficiency and ensure fairness.
Key Responsibilities-
Monitor Online Assessments: Supervise online exams to ensure adherence to protocols & guidelines.
Ensure Exam Integrity: Detect, analyze, and prevent instances of misconduct or unfair practices.
Operate Proctoring Tools: Use and troubleshoot online proctoring platforms to facilitate smooth exam experiences.
Communicate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with administrators, and internal teams to resolve assessment-related concerns.
Support Continuous Improvement: Analyze proctoring data, identify patterns, and propose process enhancements.
Key Result Areas-
Ensure high-quality execution and fairness in all assessments.
Deliver timely reports and findings from quality checks.
Contribute to improving proctoring tools and monitoring systems.
Key Requirements-
Proficiency in Excel and good command over English and Hindi (spoken & written).
Comfortable using video conferencing tools and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and integrity in reviewing content.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
