Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Proctors to oversee the smooth conduct of Chandigarh University's online entrance examinations. The role requires candidates to be available and responsive to students throughout the examination process, ensuring a secure and seamless testing experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the online entrance exam to ensure compliance with examination guidelines.
• Provide prompt assistance to students in case of technical or procedural issues during the test.
• Be available and responsive to students' queries throughout the exam session.
• Report and escalate any irregularities, misconduct, or technical issues to the concerned authority immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the integrity of the examination process.
• Ensure smooth coordination with the technical and academic support teams.
