Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Proctology Surgeon (Clinic IN charge) to manage and lead the daily operations of our proctology clinic . The role involves clinical, surgical, administrative, and patient management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

? Conduct daily OPD consultations for proctology patients (piles, fissure, fistula, etc.)

? Perform or assist in minor and major surgical procedures

? Oversee IPD admissions, inpatient rounds, and ensure post-operative care

? Handle clinic administration, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth workflow

? Provide proper patient counseling, follow-ups, and treatment planning

? Support and coordinate with counselors, front desk, nursing, and other staff

? Ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction and conversion rates

? Participate in awareness programs, local outreach camps, and marketing events if needed

Candidate Requirements

? Qualification: BAMS with MS (Ayurveda/General Surgery preferred)

? Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in proctology

? Clinical proficiency in managing anorectal diseases (piles, fissure, fistula)

? Strong OPD/IPD handling and patient communication skills

? Comfortable in managing clinic operations independently

? Basic knowledge of EMR and digital patient records desirable
