Supporting production team on meeting Monthly Customer demand by driving
unresolved Product issues
and taking up with Engineering team until getting solution for each problem.
Responsible for conducting
Productivity improvement projects
by analyzing & improving existing production processes continuously, schedules, and workflows and coming with innovative ideas for improvement.
Skills on
Fixture design and development
for process enhancement
They design efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, and information to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
They should identify and implement strategies to reduce
Cost saving target (PIP savings)
inorder to meet yearly cost savings target & CPH (cost per hour)
Collaboration:
Should work with various teams, including management, other engineers, and production staff, to implement solutions and ensure smooth operations.
Should have skills
Designing efficient layouts for facilities and equipment to optimize space utilization and workflow.
Should have hands on experience in
the Wire Soldering & Crimping process.
Training and Supervision:
Training production staff on new processes, procedures.
Software Proficiency:
Utilizing software like CAD for creating and updating factory Layout
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are
needed for collaborating with various teams and presenting findings.
