Job Title Processing Specialist

  • Handle service requests using the request fulfillment processes.
  • Classify, fulfil, and close the service requests.
  • Act as an escalation point agent when difficult or controversial calls are received.
  • Assist analysts in providing first-line support when workloads are high, or where additional experience is required.
  • Review and acknowledge service requests to help desk group.
  • Take overall responsibility for service request handling on the Service Desk.
  • Act as a further escalation point for the coordinators.
  • Report to senior managers on any issue that could significantly impact the business.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the process is being performed according to the agreed and documented process and is meeting the aims of the process definition.
  • Design, document, publicize, and continuously improve the request process.
  • Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the request process.
  • Review KPIs and take the required action following the analysis.
  • Address any issues with the running of the process.
  • Perform the day-to-day operational activities.
  • Perform assigned tasks.
  • Handle console operations, i.e. monitoring the status of specific systems, job queues, and so on.
  • Ensures requests in Card Services Mailbox are answered promptly.
Few examples of service request as below:

Account Maintenance Team and Credit Card RTO Team:
  • Add on Card Creation
  • Auto debit setup
  • Card Activation
  • Card Blocking
  • Replacement of Cards
  • Billing Cycle Change
  • Other Maintenance (Address change, MMN/ DOB/ Name change)
  • Understanding of the Priority Pass Membership and related activities.
RTO activities:
  • Credit Card Return and Dispatch query handling
  • Following up with the Vendor on daily basis for Credit Card RTO and Dispatch related query.
  • Dispatch the Credit Card on the Basis of the Request from Branch and as well as request from the Customer Service Team.
  • All Reconciliation Report Creation in Credit Card Blocking
  • Card conversion / Up gradation
  • Handle statement related activity pertaining to E-Statement as well as Physical Statement Checking
  • Handling Return Credit Card
  • Credit Card Dispatch and Delivery query Handling and Following with the Vendor team for fast processing
  • All Reconciliation for Return and for Re-dispatch Credit Cards
MIS Preparation:
  • Managing activities within TAT
  • Analysis of activity (Query management)
Reconciliation Activity pertaining to Blocking, Auto debit, Billing cycle change, Limit Enhancement, Card Conversion/Up gradation and Returned and Re-dispatch Credit Cards
