Overview:

The Process Analytics & Automation team within the Process Excellence & Transformation function is a global team supporting all process transformation, simplification and digitization initiatives. This role will be responsible for supporting process efficiency and simplification initiatives through the implementation and sustainment of automations, analytics, task mining, and process mining solutions. This role will support the upkeep and enhance the R2P Insights hub solution on PepsiCo's process mining platform.

Design, document, develop and sustainment of data models/ structures and analyses to support process mining and KPI monitoring on Celonis or other process mining tools. Enforce and follow data governance standards on extraction, transformation and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources by leveraging industry best practices and partnering with peers in same capacity across different organizations. Act as a technical SME providing guidance and support to associates within the S&T process transformation teams by integrating Process Mining solutions into business processes. Thrives on solving complex problems through automation & innovation impacting change at scale in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities:

Champion use of technology and digitization agendaCollaborate with various stakeholders within the organization in a technical capacity to identify process efficiency opportunities and propose appropriate technology to support the initiatives. Provide level 2 & 3 SME support for any digitization needs which includes providing inputs from ideation to delivery phases.

Develop automations, analytics & process mining projects according to published governance frameworks and standardsSupport implementation, sustain and scaling of analytics & process mining initiatives Strategize and design end-to-end data pipelines: work closely with stakeholders to strategize and architect dimensional models, tables or schemas that support business processes Analyze and assess automation feasibility, translating business requirements from multiple sources into technical design for Process Mining solutions Develop technical documentation and implement/deliver test plans

Work independently but also function well within a team of developers to drive cross-functional learning, development, and sharing of leading practicesProvide accurate and transparent status and escalate issues to direct manager Participate in cross-functional collaboration to help develop and implement solutions that are configured as prescribed by the S&T development standards Collaborate with IT & Controls peer groups to learn and apply best practices and propose improvements with evolving technology footprint Work with the RPA teams to creatively automating manual processes identified via process mining

Contribute to continuous improvementSupport business partners to identify areas for improvement with a data driven approach Serve as SME to others seeking to utilize analytics & process mining platforms for automating and streamlining existing manual processes. Identify opportunities for replication and reusability of existing digital assets to drive additional organizational efficiency

Provide implementation and post-production support to ensure business stabilityCoordinate and support incident resolution Coordinate and support change request analysis and implementation, including analysis and evaluation of changes Control execution and compliance for all activities aligned with time and quality objectives for area of responsibility

Qualifications:
Higher education degree in either Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Mathematics, Data Science or similar. Experience with multiple analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Tellius - 2 years Ability to manage complexity and work independently with large amounts of information - 2 years Advanced MS Excel skills; ability to work with macros, formulas, big data, SQL - 2 years Experience in automated/assisted ETL Process - 2 years Basic understanding of proficiency in programming languages, such as C, C++, PQL, Java, Python or .NET - 1 year Substantial experience with software development life cycle and power platform technologies - 2 years Understanding of Analytics Development and dashboard creation - 2 years Project and change management experience, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management - 2 years Proven aptitude to learn new software quickly Proactive attitude towards problem solving Experience documenting process flows and business requirements Must be able to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize assignments to deliver quality work in a timely manner Ability to effectively engage and work with a global team Solid problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain Ability to communicate fluently in English (Advanced English is required) Willingness to travel 10% of the time Pior experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, IBM Process Mining, Signavio Power Automate / Power App / Power BI / Sharepoint experience Knowledge of/experience working with SAP or other ERP system in back-end integration (tables, views, configuration) Project and change management experience, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management Familiarity with LSS methodology Experience in developing business problem related statistical/ML modeling with industry tools Self-motivated, proactive and willing to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment Team player Problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication
